About Emily

Emily mainly focuses on wills and estates and corporate and commercial matters, drafting documents such as wills, personal directives, powers of attorney, commercial leases, and asset and share purchase agreements. Before joining Forum Law LLP, first as an articling student and later as an associate, she worked as an instructor and guide for people of various ages and backgrounds. She applies that experience in her practice, using diagrams, analogies and plain-English explanations to help clients with different learning styles understand complex legal matters. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta in 2017 and her Juris Doctor from the same university in 2020.
