About Fragomen

Fragomen is an immigration only firm with offices across dozens of countries. In Canada it operates as Fragomen (Canada) Co., an immigration consultancy rather than a law firm, with offices in Toronto and Montreal. The Canadian practice advises employers and individuals on the country's immigration system, from short term work authorizations to permanent residence and citizenship applications.

On the employer side, the Toronto office handles matters such as Intracompany Transfer work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessment based work permits, and CUSMA Professional Permits for eligible cross border professionals, and it helps employers who are facing a compliance inspection. The Montreal office focuses on Quebec and federal immigration questions for businesses operating or expanding in the province, and its team works in both English and French. The Toronto office also provides consular support for clients' U.S. travel needs.
