About Kristen
Kristen Okimaw is the founder of Entrust Law Corporation, with a practice focused on estate planning, estate administration and litigation, and family law. She earned her LLB from the University of British Columbia in 1999 and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2000, Ontario in 2002, and British Columbia in 2005. After practicing in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto, she returned to the Okanagan in 2007 and founded Entrust Law Corporation. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), has served as secretary of the Canadian Bar Association's Wills & Trusts Okanagan subsection, and belongs to several other Canadian Bar Association subsections. She has been a member of the Kelowna Estate Planning Society since 2007 and the Kelowna Bar Association since 2009.
