About Elifcan
Elifcan (Elif) Argun joined Guild Yule in 2018 as a corporate legal assistant before obtaining her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation in January 2021 and commencing articles with the firm in June 2021. She practises corporate and commercial law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial lending transactions. Before joining Guild Yule, Argun practised as a lawyer for over five years at two top tier law firms in Turkey, specializing in corporate and securities law with an emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations, and regulatory compliance, representing private equity firms and multinational companies. She is a graduate of Koc University Law School in Istanbul and holds an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London.
