About Farhin

Farhin Mim is an associate at Monkhouse Law Employment Lawyers. She earned her JD from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law and her Honours Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Justice from Ontario Tech University. Before joining Monkhouse Law, she articled at Legal Aid Ontario and summered at Legal Assistance of Windsor, gaining experience across a range of legal issues. Farhin has represented clients before the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice, and she speaks Bengali, Hindi and Urdu. During law school she received the J.W. Whiteside Award in 2024, the Windsor Law Class of 1981 Scholarship in 2023, and the Student Leadership Award in Accountability in 2021 for her undergraduate leadership and service.
