Dwain received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1992, articled at Agro Zaffiro, and was called to the Ontario bar in 1994. He has more than 30 years of experience as an insurance defence lawyer, covering motor vehicle, accident benefits, construction, professional negligence, and property claims. He's mediated disputes throughout Southern Ontario since 2017.
