About Drew

Drew Pearson is an associate at KMSC Law LLP with substantial experience advising both employees and employers on terminations, human rights issues and workplace investigations, alongside broader civil litigation and personal injury work. Raised near his family's cattle ranch in Elmworth in the Peace Region, he studied English and History at the University of Alberta before earning his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2018, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2019. Drew has defended human rights complainants against retaliatory litigation connected to a record-setting Alberta Human Rights Commission damages award, and serves on the board of Kev's Kids Society.
