About Douglas

Douglas Montgomery's practice encompasses complex contractual and commercial disputes, public and administrative law, and professional discipline and regulation, and he has represented clients at every level of court in Ontario, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He clerked for Justice Michael J. Moldaver at the Supreme Court of Canada before joining the firm as an associate, and he teaches statutory interpretation as an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019, and was admitted to the firm's partnership in January 2026.
