Douglas Gorman is the senior practitioner at The Estate House, serving clients in all areas of estate law. He has practiced law since 1982 and has been with The Estate House since 2004, working with other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans and assisting executors and other personal representatives with the administration of contentious and non-contentious estates. Gorman studied law at the University of Ottawa and holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association's Northern Wills and Estates Section, the Estate Planning Council of Edmonton, and the Collaborative Estates and Trusts Lawyers Society, and he regularly gives professional development presentations.
