About Don
Don Jack has been named one of Canada's 100 most creative lawyers by Lexpert and has run some of the country's highest-profile cases. He handles complex commercial disputes, oppression remedies, professional liability claims, defamation, and business valuation disputes, and his other areas of practice include estate litigation, family business succession, and employment disputes. Don has won landmark punitive damages awards and contributed to several notable legal precedents. He studied economics at the University of Toronto before earning a degree in jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Civil Law from Oxford University, then clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada and completed an LL.M. at Osgoode Hall Law School. He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for ADR and corporate and commercial litigation.
