About Dominique

Dominique Bougie practices labour relations, representing public- and private-sector clients before administrative and civil tribunals. She negotiates collective agreements and drafts employment contracts, termination agreements, and non-disclosure, non-solicitation and non-competition clauses, and advises on the interpretation of collective agreements and disciplinary matters. She holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal (2013) and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2014; she is also a member of the Barreau de Laval, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie Les Moulins. Dominique Bougie has taught labour law at the Barreau du Québec's bar school in Montreal and Gatineau (2021-2022) and published an article on workplace harassment in the engineers' association magazine Contact Plus in 2019.
