About Catherine

Catherine Pepin is a partner who advises and represents clients on all aspects of labour relations, including employment standards, employment contracts, occupational health and safety, and collective labour relations, appearing before both civil and administrative tribunals. She holds an LL.B. from the Université de Sherbrooke (2011) and is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Canadian Association of Employers' Counsel. Catherine Pepin was first recognized in the 2022 edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada, in the 'Ones to Watch' category, and has spoken at conferences, including on the duty to accommodate at the Association des avocats de province's 2015 annual congress.
