About Tamara

Tamara Patakfalvi is the founding notary of Patakfalvi Notaire, established in May 2021. She holds a master's degree in notarial law from the Université de Sherbrooke and was admitted to the Chambre des notaires du Québec in 2018. Her practice focuses on residential real estate transactions and estate planning, and she works directly with clients' real estate and mortgage brokers to resolve issues that arise during a transaction. She also runs a mentorship program for notaries. In 2021 she was profiled in the Chambre des notaires du Québec's Entracte magazine and served as a panelist at the annual meeting of the Fédération des ordres professionnels de juristes du Canada. She has since spoken at conferences and on podcasts about first-time home buying and estate planning.
