About Dom
Dom Gullo practices real estate law and has experience spanning the entire real estate development process, from land acquisition through project execution. His background combines legal practice, brokerage work, and advisory roles, giving him a practical view of how deals come together. He represents developers, investors, and commercial clients on acquisitions, joint ventures, and development agreements, and handles due diligence on land titles, zoning, and municipal approvals across the Greater Toronto Area. As both a lawyer and a licensed real estate broker, Dom brings a commercial lens to his legal work and has helped structure complex property transactions. He also teaches workshops on zoning and land use planning. Dom earned his law degree from the University of Leicester and an honours degree in Law and Society from York University, and he is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
