About Digvijay
Digvijay S. Chauhan is the founder and managing lawyer of Artha Law. After earning his LL.B. from the University of Delhi and spending a decade in the technology sector with multinational corporations, he immigrated to Canada and obtained his Juris Doctor equivalency through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 2024. Before that, he gained experience in immigration, family, and civil law at a downtown Vancouver law firm. He founded Artha Law to support clients from their first step into Canada through building a business, buying a home, protecting an estate, and litigation when needed. Digvijay chairs the Internationally Trained Lawyers Section of the Canadian Bar Association, British Columbia Branch, sits on the CBABC's Real Estate Committee, and represents the Internationally Trained Lawyers Section at the CBABC Provincial Council. His practice covers immigration law, real estate law, and corporate and commercial matters.
