About Jen

Jen Kim is a Partner Lawyer at Filos Law Corporation, called to the bar in Canada and New York in 2014. Her key experience includes joint ventures and acquisitions for multinational clients, including projects in Vietnam, Oman, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, and Qatar. She worked as in-house counsel for LG CNS from 2014 to 2016, SK Innovation from 2016 to 2018, and Puma Hong Kong from 2018 to 2019, before starting her Vancouver practice in 2019. Kim holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta and a Political Science degree from Simon Fraser University, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the New York State Bar, and the Law Society of Alberta (non-practising). She speaks English, Korean, and Mandarin.
