About Devlin

Devlin Gavigan is an associate criminal defence lawyer with The Fagans, a firm that hires rarely and selectively. He graduated near the top of his law school class with multiple academic awards and was initially recruited to a large multinational corporate law firm before redirecting his career toward criminal defence. He completed a judicial clerkship, assisting with the review and analysis of judicial decisions in criminal cases, before joining The Fagans. Devlin is called to the bar in both Saskatchewan and Alberta and defends criminal charges in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
