About Devesh

Devesh Gupta is the Managing Lawyer and founder of Prudent Law. He holds a J.D. from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He articled with the City of London, Ontario, where he conducted trials independently and gained courtroom and litigation experience, and later worked at a Bay Street firm and a long-standing Mississauga firm before founding Prudent Law. His practice covers corporate, real estate, and civil litigation matters for individual and corporate clients across Peel Region, Halton Region, and Southwestern Ontario.
