About Daniel
Daniel Rutman co-founded Rutman & Rutman Professional Corporation, where he serves as managing partner. Called to the Ontario bar in 1997, he has built his practice in Brampton ever since, serving major chartered and foreign banks, life insurance companies and other institutional lenders on secured lending and real estate work. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements of purchase and sale along with related closing documents for commercial and residential property deals across Ontario. He frequently lectures and speaks on his practice areas and co-authored the book "Closing Made Easy," an interactive guide to the closing process.
