Tricia Whittle Carty holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Specialized Honours B.A. in Public Policy and Administration from York University. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002, joined Binsky Law (now Binsky Whittle) in 2008, and practises primarily in real estate and wills law.
