Irwin Steinberg founded the firm over 40 years ago and leads its Business Formation and Acquisitions, Trademarks, Estates and Trusts, Immigration, and Real Estate practice groups. His work centers on corporate-commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and pharmacy purchases and sales, and he has taught at the Law Society of Upper Canada.
