Derek A. Stone is the founder and principal lawyer of Stone Law Office, practicing primarily in family law since 2010. Derek earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 2006 and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2007. Derek practiced as a civil litigator from 2007 to 2010 before shifting focus to family law and founded Stone Law Office in 2014. Derek has appeared as counsel at the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice, including applications, hearings, and trials.
