Derek A. Schmuck
Derek A. Schmuck is a partner specializing in construction law and commercial litigation, acting for contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, developers, and trustees in bankruptcy. His work covers liens, breach of trust, delay claims, bonds, and dispute resolution, and he's certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in construction law.
