About Denise

Denise McCabe has practised local government law in Kamloops for more than two decades, advising municipalities on governance, operations, inter-governmental negotiations, conflicts of interest, municipal liability, planning, development, building matters, procurement, regulatory authority, and freedom of information issues. As a registered trademark agent, she also advises on technology development, acquisition and transfer, and the protection and commercialization of trademarks, official marks, and copyright. She began her career at a large Vancouver firm before joining Fulton & Company in 2000.
