About Delaney

Delaney has a diverse corporate practice covering mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and condominium law, assisting companies of all sizes through leasing, financing, partnership and shareholder agreements. She has been a key team member on many of the firm's significant M&A transactions over the past decade. Delaney sits on the boards of the Winnipeg Humane Society, the St. Mary's Academy Foundation and the Manitoba Organization of Disc Sports, and leads the firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee.
