Amer Mushtaq is a Canadian lawyer and workplace investigator with nearly two decades of experience in employment, labour and human rights matters, and a co-founder of Formative Law. He is recognized by the Canadian government as a Senior Workplace Investigator and has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Superior Court of Justice.
