About Daniel
Daniel Stysis is an associate at Osler's Montreal office within the Corporate group. His work touches on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities regulation, governance and matters affecting emerging, high-growth businesses, including acting for issuers on financings and for buyers and sellers in acquisitions and restructurings. Daniel completed a combined civil law and common law degree at McGill University, making the Dean's Honour List, and also holds a First Class Honours undergraduate degree from McGill. The Young Bar of Montreal named him Lawyer of the Year in Corporate Law in 2024, and Best Lawyers in Canada listed him among its 'Ones to Watch' in the same field. He also received an award at McGill's law school for top standing in business associations.
