About David
David McMath was born in Scotland and raised in Beaconsfield, Quebec. He earned a BA from Queen's University in 1983 and an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1986. He practiced law in Oshawa, Ontario before relocating to Fredericton in 1992, where he was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar. His practice covers business law, real estate, wills, charities, and trusts, and he has appeared before the New Brunswick Court of Queen's Bench, the New Brunswick Court of Appeal, and various administrative tribunals.
