About David

David Schwalb founded Schwalb Legal and has practised law in Quebec since 1995, advising individuals, families, entrepreneurs and businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with distinction, from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval. Earlier in his career he built a substantial Canadian and Quebec immigration law practice, representing professionals, investors and entrepreneurs before federal and provincial immigration authorities, and he also advised clients on business, corporate and commercial real estate matters tied to investment and expansion in Canada. His practice today centers on estates and estate litigation, family law, corporate and commercial advisory work, and professional regulatory and disciplinary matters, along with select immigration and commercial real estate files. Schwalb serves clients across Montreal and the surrounding Quebec communities in both English and French.
