About David

David Murphy has practised defence litigation for more than 30 years, working with insurers on property and casualty matters including construction, municipal liability, hospital infrastructure, and subrogation, and has defended institutional abuse claims against Catholic religious communities and health care professionals. He graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 1987 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1989.
