About David
David Mikhaiel was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022 and practises as an associate in Bishop & McKenzie's Corporate and Commercial group in Edmonton, advising on mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, and other corporate governance matters. He previously practised as a corporate associate at a large international firm. David attended the University of Calgary's Faculty of Law, where he volunteered with Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Students Canada, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
