David M. Aaron earned an LL.B. in 2001 through a combined program between the University of Victoria and the University of Ottawa, graduating as a Law Foundation Scholar. Aaron was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and to the British Columbia Bar in 2003. Aaron's practice has focused on representing citizen groups, trade unions, and class action plaintiffs in privacy law and environmental matters, and Aaron contributed to establishing one of British Columbia's first industry-wide drug testing policies for unionized construction workers.
