About Benjamin

Benjamin Jakabek is the founder of Jakabek Immigration Law, focusing on temporary and permanent residence applications, appeals before the Immigration and Refugee Board, and judicial reviews before the Federal Court of Canada. He earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law at Queen's University, where he received the Queen's Law Prize in Immigration Law, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
