David King is an experienced real estate, wills and business lawyer whose practice includes wills, powers of attorney, health care directives and estate administration, alongside residential and commercial real estate and property development. He was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1975 after earning his B.A. (Hons) from the University of Winnipeg and his LL.B. from the University of Manitoba. David acts for franchisors and franchisees and works closely with Manitoba municipal governments on administrative matters and bylaws. His primary office is in Winnipeg, and he visits satellite offices in Gimli and Riverton on the first and third Friday of each month; he has also served as Honorary Legal Counsel to Scouts Canada since 2001.
