David J. Rotfleisch is the founding partner of Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. (Taxpage), which he established in 1987, and has practised tax law for more than 38 years. He is a Certified Specialist in Taxation with the Law Society of Ontario and also holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation. His practice covers tax planning, CRA audits and investigations, tax disputes and litigation, cryptocurrency taxation, and voluntary disclosures, and he regularly represents clients before the CRA and the Tax Court of Canada. He advises entrepreneurs, private corporations, multinational businesses, and high-net-worth individuals, often on cross-border and international tax matters.
