About Osinachi
Osinachi Obi-Njoku is an associate at Rotfleisch & Samulovitch P.C. who first joined the firm as an articling student in 2025 and returned as an associate in 2026. He holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Osgoode Hall Law School and an LL.B. from the University of Nigeria, and began his legal career at one of Africa's leading full-service litigation firms. During his graduate studies in Canada, he served as a court representative at the A. Grenville and William Davis Courthouse in Brampton. As an associate, he assists across the firm's tax practice, including CRA matters and legal research, with a particular focus on tax litigation.
