David was born and raised in Ottawa. Since his call to the bar in 2015, he has devoted his practice to family law and wills and estates, with extensive litigation experience including numerous trials and motions. His family law work covers divorce applications, separation agreements, marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements, parenting time and decision-making, mobility, spousal support and property claims, while his wills and estates practice covers wills and codicils, powers of attorney, and applications for certificate of appointment of estate trustee. He accepts Legal Aid Certificates and offers services on a sliding scale.
