About Daniel

Daniel Howard maintains a practice across criminal defence litigation and mental health law, including consent and capacity board hearings. He has conducted numerous trials at all levels of court in Ontario and has negotiated many favourable resolutions for clients, including the withdrawal of criminal charges. While based in Ottawa, he appears regularly in courts across eastern Ontario, including Renfrew, Pembroke, Cornwall, Brockville and L'Orignal, and appears before the Ontario Review Board and the Consent and Capacity Board.
