About David
David Deluzio has practised exclusively in labour and employment law since his call to the Ontario bar in 1982. He began his career in Chrysler Canada's Labour Relations Department (1982-1987) and then its Legal Department (1987-1991), followed by a brief stint with the Office of the Employer Advisor and then joining the Windsor firm Wilson, Walker, Hochberg, Slopen in 1991. In February 1993 he opened his own practice, David Deluzio Law Firm, advising employees and business owners across many industries. His practice covers wrongful and constructive dismissal, Ontario Human Rights Code matters, and WSIB claims, appeals, and return-to-work issues. He is known for his mediation and negotiation approach and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Essex Law Association.
