David Deluzio Law Firm is a sole employment and labour law practice in Windsor, Ontario, founded by David Deluzio in February 1993. Deluzio holds a B.A. in political science and philosophy (1977) and an LL.B. (1980), both from the University of Windsor, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982. Before opening the practice, Deluzio worked in Chrysler Canada's Labour Relations Department from 1982 to 1987 and then its Legal Department from 1987 to 1991, spent time with the Office of the Employer Adviser, and practiced at the Windsor firm Wilson, Walker, Hochberg, Slopen before starting this practice.

The firm has practiced exclusively in labour and employment law since Deluzio's call to the bar. Work includes wrongful and constructive dismissal, Ontario Human Rights Code complaints, WSIB appeals and claims, CPP disability matters, workplace harassment issues, restrictive covenants, and duty to accommodate questions, along with collective bargaining, arbitration, and Labour Relations Board applications. Clients include terminated employees, injured workers, managers, business owners, and HR professionals in Windsor and the surrounding area, including Leamington, Wallaceburg, Chatham, and Amherstburg. The office is on Ouellette Avenue in downtown Windsor.
