David B. Williams is Counsel at Harrison Pensa LLP with a 40-year career spanning the Trial Division, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, including class action litigation and medical malpractice cases. Williams served as Managing Partner at Harrison Pensa from 1999 to 2014, took part in matters including the Walkerton contaminated water class action and Aboriginal rights disputes, and spent 10 years on the Law Society of Upper Canada's Civil Litigation Specialty Committee. Williams has taught courses on civil litigation and advocacy and holds Best Lawyers in Canada recognition across six practice areas since 2006, including multiple Lawyer of the Year awards.
