Darwish A. Chahbar
Darwish focuses on insurance defence, subrogation, coverage disputes, and property damage claims for institutional clients. Before joining McCague Borlack, he practised at a litigation boutique and served as in-house counsel for a large Canadian insurer. He's appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
