About Darlene

Darlene Wingerak, K.C., maintains a general practice including corporate and commercial transactions, employment law, wills and estates, and acting as a mediator and adjudicator. She achieved the highest standing on the Saskatchewan bar exam in 1993 and received the Academic Excellence Award, having earlier worked in banking as a commercial lender before law school. Darlene serves on the Public Legal Education Association of Saskatchewan board, volunteers with Pro Bono Law Saskatchewan, and received the King's Counsel designation in January 2024. She was recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate Law, and Trusts and Estates.
