About Danielle

Danielle is a member of the firm's Criminal Law, Labour and Employment, Civil Litigation, and Indigenous Peoples practice groups. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in History from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Master of Arts in History from Brock University, and worked for the Victorian Order of Nurses before returning to school. She obtained her Juris Doctor, along with Criminal Justice and Aboriginal and Indigenous Law certificates, from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University in 2025. As a Mi'kmaw woman from Newfoundland, Danielle has been active in Indigenous law moots and has served in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve as an officer since 2008, currently commanding the 117 Preston/Westphal Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps.
