About Daniel

Daniel Frajman practises business law, tax law, real estate law, and trusts and estates, and also advises nonprofit and charitable organizations. He holds Bachelor of Civil Law and Bachelor of Laws degrees, along with a Bachelor of Commerce, all with distinction from McGill University, where he received the Caron Memorial Prize from the Faculty of Law. He was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1991 and is also admitted to the Bar of Ontario. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada for commercial law and trusts and estates, in Canadian Lexpert for charity and not-for-profit law, and received the STEP Founder's Award for Outstanding Achievement in 2025.
