Criminal DefenceJonathan Gordon earned his law degree from the Université de Montréal in 2005 and joined the firm then known as Boro Polnicky Lighter in 2006, becoming a partner at Boro Frigon Gordon Jones in 2018. He practices exclusively in criminal and penal law, handling cases in both Quebec and Ontario at all court levels, and has argued numerous appeals before the Quebec Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice has developed a particular focus on fraud, corruption and deceptive telemarketing allegations, as well as impaired driving and violent crime cases. Jonathan Gordon also handles criminal record suspensions (pardons) and United States entry waivers. He holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal (2005) and a B.A. in psychology from McGill University (2001), and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2006. He is a member of the Lord Reading Law Society's executive and board of directors, the Montreal Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (AADM), and the Canadian Bar Association, and was a founding member of the Université de Montréal's Jewish Law Students Association. He contributed a chapter to Commercial Debt Collection in Canada (Montreal, 2012).
