About Daniel
Dan is a partner in the Business & Corporate, Commercial Leasing and Corporate Finance & Securities groups, based in the Kingston office. Since joining Soloway Wright in 2003 he has specialized in asset and share purchases, shareholders' agreements, co-tenancies, partnership agreements, financings and corporate reorganizations, and he also advises not-for-profit and charitable organizations on governance. Dan regularly advises clients on commercial leasing, service and distribution agreements, and other contractual matters. He earned his LLB from Queen's University in 2001, along with a BPHE and BA from Queen's, and was called to the bar in 2002.
