About Danica

Danica Steadman is the Director of Associate and Student Programs at Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, responsible for recruiting and managing approximately 40 annual summer and articling students. She is a champion of diversity and inclusion, currently serving on the firm's Anti-Racism Action Committee. Before joining Gowling WLG, she was program chair of paralegal and law enforcement foundations programs at a college in Ottawa and practised broadly across civil litigation, criminal law, employment, estates, family law, and real estate.
