About Joe

Joe Braun grew up in the interior of British Columbia and moved to Victoria for his undergraduate studies at the University of Victoria, completing a BSc in psychology. Before law school, he spent summers working as a wildland firefighter in Alberta, including on the 2017 Elephant Hill fires in BC and the 2016 Fort McMurray fire. He returned to the University of Victoria for his Juris Doctor and now practices litigation, with a focus on contract disputes, wills and estates variations and challenges, and builder's liens, alongside corporate and commercial matters for businesses.
