About Peter
Peter Luciano is counsel whose practice centers on pragmatic, effective legal advice for major business transitions, including incorporations, business purchases and sales, corporate reorganizations, and commercial property deals. He advises clients ranging from new start-ups to established private corporations and has broad experience with the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial and industrial properties. His work also covers organizing and reorganizing partnerships and corporations, drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, completing mortgage and financing transactions, and preparing shareholder agreements. Peter earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. Outside law, he is a professional musician and actor who appeared in the film The Music Man and won a 1999 Genie Award for co-writing Best Original Song.
